  • When you submit our contact form the details entered within the form are stored within our website's database which is hosted by 1&1 Ionos.

How we store your personal information

  • Data submitted through our website is stored in our secure database.
  • Data submitted through our newsletter signup form is stored within Mailchimp.

When you initially subscribe to the Lucinda Makes Blog you need to confirm your subscription, if your subscription is not confirmed your details will be removed from our database after 24 hours. If you confirm your subscription your details will be stored until you unsubscribe, which can be done via the update preferences link found at the end of subscription notification emails or by clicking here, where you can update which categories you're interested in or unsubscribe. Alternatively, if you contact me directly I can update or cancel your subscription.

When you subscribe to the Lucinda Makes Newsletter your details will be stored until you unsubscribe which can be done by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of our newsletters.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form the details submitted are stored in our database until your enquiry has been responded to via email, it will then be removed from our database. The email interaction will be retained in our email account indefinitely, but you can contact us if you'd like us to delete it.
