TOFT's Ed's Advent 2019 Week 2
Week two of Ed's Advent is complete and I've still got lots to do.
If you read last week's post you'll have seen I was quite behind on Estella (the more complex animal) but had kept up with Elden (the beginner friendly animal). This week hasn't quite been so successful.

I did still get quite a bit done on Elden but I've got a few days to catch up on after a busy week, fingers crossed next week I'll be able to get caught up in time for Christmas. If you take a look at the above photo of my progress, you'll see that all of Elden's legs are now complete, along with an ear which I think is our first real clue as to what animal he is (I've still no idea!). Estella's unfortunately been left mostly untouched for a week, but if I get caught up with Elden then I'll be working on Estella.
Regarding my views on the crochet-along so far, the pattern snippets have been easy to follow and it's definitely enjoyable. However, I wouldn't recommend it if your December is particularly busy, mine has been much busier than I initially expected and finding the spare time to work on it every day without falling behind can be impossible.
